About Our End Gun Rebuild Process
To ensure the highest quality in your newly rebuilt end gun, we completely disassemble
and reassemble the gun to its new state. We inspect and install only refurbished
or new parts. All gaskets, seals, and bearings will be discarded and replaced with
new parts.
The Process
The base is completely disassembled.
The arm and trip lever are disassembled.
The shift arm is disassembled.
All parts are extensively cleaned, polished and examined to
ensure part life longevity. Porcelain shakers and citric liquid soakers are used
to remove debris and calcium deposits.
The base is reassembled with all new gaskets, seals, and bearings.
The trip lever and shift arm are reassembled.
The arms are assembled and all parts have their final installation.
Quality checks happen at this point to make sure all pins, washers, bolts, and bearings
have been installed correctly.
The gun receives a clear coat to help protect from future calcium
buildup, and to give all sealed parts extra protection against corrosion.
Finally, all guns are water tested to ensure proper function
and to make sure seals are working properly.
